OUR BAKERY SERVICES

BAKING QUALITY 

Our speciality long fermentation sourdoughs and full range of artisan breads, confectionary and pastries are baked with the best local ingredients using a combination of traditional and innovative methods. 

WHOLESALE

We bake daily and deliver 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).  Order before 5pm and we will deliver the following morning.  Open your account today !

BESPOKE

As well as our regular daily bakes we love a challenge and recently we worked with one of our clients to develop a unique tiger baguette with a twist for her sandwich shop and van delivery business.  She loved the results and so did her customers 

SIMPLE ORDERING PROCESS

We love to make life easy for our wholesale customers.  Now your whole team login to use our online self-service app to place orders.   Ordering is fully integrated into our production and delivery scheduling system, that means without speaking to anyone, you can instruct us  to produce your bread any time up to 5pm and it will be with you next morning !

RETAIL

For our retail customers, over the coming months we expect to be introducing Bread Subscriptions and a Click and Collect service from our new shop on Bell Street.  

Bringing the Art Back into Bread Making

A brand new favourite from Lawlor's, the French Pain D’Epi. Delicious bread we will be baking for Lawlor's wholesale and retail customers.

And we are thrilled to announce the new Lawlor's line of sweet treats, Cinnamon Swirls, Chelsea Buns, Muffins, Doughnuts, Tray Bakes and Pastel De Natta an indulgence to have at any time ! We have everything for your cafe or corporate catering needs.

New Head Baker Honours Lawlor's Heritage

While maintaining all the qualities that Lawlor's have become famous for over it's 70 year history, keeping it's traditional values and core product range, our head baker, Barry also brings the excitement of artisan techniques and world culinary skills to the fore at Lawlor's newly renovated #16, The Bakery.

He has already developed a new bread menu and will be launching our in-house Viennoiserie shortly.
